Shipping, Refund and Cancellation for the online store :

The Giftique Store is currently shipping all over India. International shipping will be activated shortly. At The Giftique Store we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition and on time. For this, we work hard to ensure your products get to you at the earliest.
Processing and Shipping:
We usually take 7-10 working days to process and ship your orders, be it customized or a non-customized product. Our warehouse operates from Monday-Saturday during standard business hours.
*The Ready-to-dispatch products will be shipped within 2-4 business working days. *
Once orders are shipped/dispatched, customers will receive tracking details through the given email id and contact number by our logistics team from which customers will be able to follow up on their shipments.
Shipping Charges:
We do not offer free shipping as we are a small business. Shipping for Hampers is Rs.350/ hamper. For others, the shipping price is Rs.150. For bulk orders, the shipping price will be calculated as per weight and will be emailed to you once you confirm the order.

Return, Exchange & Refund :
Due to the nature of our products we cannot offer any kinds of exchange, returns or refunds. All the sales are final.
Cancellation Policy :
An order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of it being placed, subject to it not being dispatched yet. The whole amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
Cash On Delivery :
The Giftique Store does not offer Cash On Delivery.

Payment :
Payments can be made with credit/debit cards. We accept Paytm, Google Pay or Phone Pay as well.
*Orders outside of metro cities or in remote areas could take up to 12-15 business days.
WORKSHOPS :
You can request for a cancellation of your workshop ticket and get a full refund within a week of purchased ticket.

Duration :
The amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days of the cancellation.
Mode of Refund : The amount will be refunded back through the same mode in which the payment was made
